1. Booking & Payment
Booking Fee: A non-refundable $50 booking fee is required to secure your date.
Final Balance: Total payment and final headcounts are due 3 days before the event. For bookings made within a 10-day window, full payment is due immediately.

2. Guest Requirements:
Events at your location: A minimum of 10 paid guests is required for mobile parties, including paint parties, Faux Stained Glass and Sea Glass Trees.
In-Studio Events: A minimum of 5 paid guests is required.
Supervision: In Studio - Children under age 5 require active parental monitoring and support throughout the event.
3. Media Release
Livelovepaint Studio LLC captures photos and videos during events for social media and promotional use.
Privacy: The host must identify any children who should not have their faces shown prior to the start of the party so they may be blurred or excluded.

All sessions are 2 hours unless otherwise noted.
Includes door prizes and music/dance party.

Kids Parties (Ages 5+)
- Regular Paint Party: In Studio: $370 for up to 10 painters ($35 per additional guest). At your location: $400 up to 10 ($37 each after)
- Glow Paint Party: $400 for up to 10 painters ($37 per additional guest). Includes glow/flashing toys.
- Slime Party: 1 hour in studio. Glow options available. $250 up to 10 kids and $20 for every add on after 10. Includes, glitter and charms for slime.
- Toddler Policy In Studio: (Ages 2-4): Must be monitored by an adult; watercolors provided.
- Absences: You will receive a full painting kit (no easel) to take home for any seats paid for.
Available Kids' Add-Ons:
- Paintable Edible Cookie: +$10/painter (Paid in full 10 days prior).
- Themed Decor Package: +$75 (Includes 5 helium balloons OR piñata, plates, water, and Capri Suns).
- Specialty Hair: +$5/child (Flashing Butterfly, Mermaid, Princess, or Unicorn styles). Tinsel Hair $10 per piece.
- Face Painting (Up to 10 kids) +$100
- Glitter Tattoos: +$150 (Up to 10 kids; limit 2 per child; includes glow options available).
- Tie Dye project: $25 per kiddo - must be added to any other type of party. If planning a Tie Dye only party, we will need to do a separate quote to include the other activities.
Adult Parties & Specialty Workshops
- Canvas Class (12"x16"): $400 for up to 10 people ($37 per additional guest). Add $2/painter for Glow option.
- Sea Glass Trees (Min. 5): 12" ($65) or 15" ($75).
- Resin Fashion Frames (Min. 5): $65 per person
- Faux Stained Glass Suncatchers (Min. 5): $35–$65 per person based on size. 6-12"
- Wooden Door Hanger (18" Round): $450 for up to 10 people ($45 per additional guest)
- Wine Bottle/Glass Painting: $450 for up to 10 people ($45 per additional guest). Includes 2 bottles, lights, and gift bags.
SPLATTER MANIA - Splatter Paint Tent Experience (May-October)
- Glow Splatter Mania Tent - we come to you, set up, clean up, tear down.
- $500 minimum 2 hour rental minimum 10 painters then $25 for each additional painter.
- 4-6 color choices - bottles and splatter brushes provided
- Fun Splatter Toys to throw (soft toys only)
- Goggles and ponchos provided
- Shoe covers if requested
- Non Toxic Paint
- $100 non refundable booking fee to hold the date via Venmo or Zelle
- Custom colors are an additional fee
- A true Glow paint experience needs to be booked for dusk/dark hours. We are flexable about bookings please ask for special times. We can be available from 8-10 pm for an additional $100.
Off-Site Events (Your Location)
- Host Provides: Setting up tables, chairs, and table cloths at least 1 hour before the start.
- Access: Ensure the Livelovepaint Studio team can enter the venue 1 hour early (1.5 hours for Splatter Mania).
- **Travel: $100 Travel fee to any location. Additional Fees may apply outside the Carmel/Westfield area; inquire before booking.
In-Studio Events
- Amenities: Food/drinks allowed; light snacks and door prizes provided.
- Arrival: Guests may arrive 15 minutes early.
- Parking: Use white-lined spaces only; do not block garages.
- Accessibility: Located on the 1st floor; notify the studio if handicap access is required.
Timing & Attendance
- Punctuality: Parties start and end strictly on time. Delays incur a fee of $25 per 15 minutes.
- No-Shows: For paid guests who cancel, you can request a take-home paint kit. You must notify Tammy at 352-397-6888 at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Final Payments
- Host Cancellation: Must be in writing 30 days prior to keep your deposit. We can always reschedule if my schedule allows.
- Studio Cancellation: If the studio must cancel due to unforeseen issues, a full refund will be issued.
- Final Count: Due 3-7 days before the event. All payments become non-refundable at this time.
