1. Booking & Payment
Booking Fee: A non-refundable $100 booking fee is required to secure your date.
Final Balance: Total payment and final headcounts are due 3 days before the event. For bookings made within a 10-day window, full payment is due immediately.

2. Guest Requirements:
Events at your location: A minimum of 10 paid guests is required for mobile parties, including paint parties, Faux Stained Glass and Sea Glass Trees. (For Custom Large Party Quotes no minimums apply since these are quoted by the hour)
In-Studio Events: A minimum of 5 paid guests is required.
Supervision: In Studio - Children under age 5 require active parental monitoring and support throughout the event.
3. Media Release
Livelovepaint Studio LLC captures photos and videos during events for social media and promotional use.
Privacy: The host must identify any children who should not have their faces shown prior to the start of the party so they may be blurred or excluded.

All sessions are 2 hours unless otherwise noted.
Includes door prizes and music/dance party.

Kids Parties (Ages 5+)
- Regular Paint Party: In Studio: $450 for up to 10 painters ($40 per additional guest). At your location: $500 up to 10 ($45 each after)
- Glow Paint Party: Add $50 to Paint party cost.
- Slime or Squishy Making Party:
- In Studio $45 per child minimum 5 - Maximum 16
- At your location minimum 10 - $50 per child. No Max.
- Includes, glitter, toppings and charms for slime. Container and Bling for Container provided (for dumpling squishies we provide the dumpling box). We set up and clean up and provide containers for them to play with the slime.
- Bling Your Things Party: Minimum 10 - $40 per child.
- Bling out your choice of items, we can provide anything! Microphones, Mirrors, Dumpling squishy boxes, mini resin animals and more! Hours of fun!
- Toddler Policy In Studio: Due to glass and paint being on shelves in easy reach in studio: (Ages 2-4): Must be monitored by an adult. Watercolors, stickers and/or age appropriate art projects provided.
- Absences: No Refunds given. For Paint Parties you can be given a paint kit to distribute later. For Slime and Squishy parties we will provide kits for absences. Must be notified ahead of time or you can pick up at a later date.
Available Kids' Add-Ons:
- Keychain Bar: $200 add on to any party
- Unlimited beads - Custom theme charm options available.
- Paintable Edible Cookie: $10 per guest (Full Deposit due immediately)
- Specialty Hair: $5/child (Flashing Butterfly, Mermaid, Princess, or Unicorn styles). Tinsel Hair $10 per piece.
- Face Painting (Up to 10 kids) $150 first hour, $125 second hour.
- Glitter Tattoos: $150 Limit 2 per child; UV glow options available.
- Tie Dye project: $25 per kiddo - must be added to any other type of party. If planning a Tie Dye only party, we will need to do a separate quote to include the other activities.
- Add On Squishy Making - ask for a quote, if combined with another party, more time may be needed.
Adult Parties & Specialty Workshops
- Canvas Class (12"x16"):
- In Studio: $450 for up to 10 people ($40 per additional guest)
- Glow also included.
- Your location: $470 fo up to 10 people ($45 per additional guest)
- Sea Glass Trees (Min. 5): 12" ($65) or 15" ($75).
- Resin Glimmer Frames (Min. 5): $65 per person
- Faux Stained Glass Suncatchers (Min. 5): $35–$65 per person based on size. 6-12"
- Wine Bottle/Glass Painting: $450 for up to 10 people ($45 per additional guest). Includes 2 bottles, lights, and gift bags.
SPLATTER MANIA - Splatter Paint Tent Experience (May-October)
- Glow Splatter Mania Tent - we come to you, set up, clean up, tear down.
- $500 minimum 2 hour rental minimum 10 painters then $25 for each additional painter.
- 4-6 color choices - bottles and splatter brushes provided
- Fun Splatter Toys to throw (soft toys only)
- Goggles and ponchos provided
- Shoe covers if requested
- Non Toxic Paint
- $100 non refundable booking fee to hold the date via Venmo or Zelle
- Custom colors are an additional fee
- A true Glow paint experience needs to be booked for dusk/dark hours. We are flexable about bookings please ask for special times. We can be available from 8-10 pm for an additional $100.
Off-Site Events (Your Location)
- Host Provides: Setting up tables, chairs, and table cloths at least 1 hour before the start. If outdoors and a tent needed, you have the option to provide one or we will bring one for $100.
- Access: Ensure the Livelovepaint Studio team can enter the venue 1 hour early (1.5 hours for Splatter Mania).
- **Travel: $25-$100 Travel fee may apply. Additional Fees may apply outside the Carmel/Westfield area; inquire before booking.
In-Studio Events
- Amenities: Food/drinks allowed; light snacks and door prizes provided.
- Arrival: Guests may arrive 15 minutes early.
- Parking: Use white-lined spaces only; do not block garages.
- Accessibility: Located on the 1st floor; notify the studio if handicap access is required.
Timing & Attendance
- Punctuality: Parties start and end strictly on time. Delays incur a fee of $25 per 15 minutes.
- No-Shows: For paid guests who cancel, you can request a take-home kit. You must notify Tammy at 352-397-6888 at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Final Payments
- Host Cancellation: Must be in writing 30 days prior to keep your deposit. We can always reschedule if my schedule allows.
- Studio Cancellation: If the studio must cancel due to unforeseen issues, a full refund will be issued.
- Final Count: Due 3 days before the event. All payments become non-refundable at this time.
