There are a lot of terrific things happening in Harrison, MI and the Harrison Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to be a part of it. We continue to hold wonderful events in the Harrison area, as well as Business After Hours, bringing local businesses and our community together. We would like to invite you to be a part of the excitement so that your organization receives the full benefits of membership with the Harrison Area Chamber of Commerce.
We have a lot of new members on our Executive Board, as well as, our Board of Directors. New faces and new ideas to share and a great team!
We have made some changes to our membership also. Specifically, membership will now occur from July 1st through June 30th. Making membership due by June 30th. This allows many of our businesses to sign up, or renew their memberships, during higher customer/income months.
Our Mission:
The Harrison Area Chamber of Commerce's mission is to provide members an environment where businesses, organizations, and communities can be successful and enhance the quality of life in the Harrison area and Clare County. We are committed to this mission by:
- Promoting the communities it serves through advertising and by organizing events that will draw individuals to Clare Count.
- Partnering with the Harrison Area Economic Development Corporation to strengthen the economic viability of Clare County
- Providing a referral source to prospective citizens/businesses on data pertinent to Clare County.
Our Mission will be realized through an ongoing partnership with our members, Board of Directors, Harrison Area Economic Development Corporation, local/state government, volunteers and the public we serve.
