What dates and times work best for you? I am available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Saturdays are the most popular and get booked up the fastest.

Please included anything else that you would like to add about your tattoo. if you would like to book with another person please mention that here. If you are booking for multiple people you have a lower chance on receiving a desired date due to availability.

* each form is for one person ONLY, if you would like to come in with another person please fill out two seperate forms. When a link is sent to book each person will need to book two seperate appointments to allow for enough time.

* Please understand not all fine line tattoos will need a touch up but it is complementary at 4 weeks. I will not touch up a tattoo before 4 weeks the skin will need time to heal before going back in. Please book touch up no longer then 4 months after initial appointment due to things beyond my control I do not want the tattoo to fade too much before coming back.
