    Welcome to the Online-Only application process for the 32nd Street Farmers Market. We cannot automatically guarantee you a spot this Summer Season, since our space is limited and demand is high. Thus, please take a few minutes to answer the following questions about you, your business, and your farmers market experience.

    As we are limited to virtual meetings indefinitely, please be sure to fill this out fully and share any photos, social media, and/or samples (at the Market booth) no later than April 01, 2023.

  • The 32nd Street Farmers Market is in its 43rd season! We are forever dedicated to continuing our tradition of excellence and service to the community and as such we are considering Producer-Only/All-Natural applicants who share our passion and values first. Non-producers/Resellers are welcome to apply in the Winter Season and will be considered based on their wares and existing products at the Market.  Thank you for your interest!

    2023 Summer Season

    Here is the information you will need for the Market in 2023:

    PLEASE READ ALL MATERIALS and make sure you know & agree to the Operating Guidelines. Fill out your application and submit on time. You must have a permit from the Baltimore City Health Department to sell in the market. If you need one, once you are accepted, apply and pay the fee at 1001 East Fayette Street, Baltimore 21202. (410) 396-4424

    Applicants must submit/upload a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance, listing the 32nd St. Farmers Market as "additional insured" upon acceptance. These can also be emailed to 32ndstreetfarmersmarket@gmail.com prior to June 01st.

     

    NOTE: With the current, and evolving, layout for safety and comfort, not all Applicants (New or Returning) are guaranteed a Fulltime Space.

    • Some may be offered a 1st/3rd and 2nd/4th Saturday schedule.
      • Market Fees will be prorated for those approved and customized invoices sent via email.
      • Any month with a 5th Saturday will be offered to rotating vendors for a $50 fee and designated by management.

     
    SUMMER MARKET DATES: June 10 through November 18, 2023.

    • Vendors must arrive by 6:45 a.m. to be guaranteed their spaces.
    • If you cannot attend, you must call Marc at (410) 917-1496. SAVE THIS NUMBER IN YOUR PHONES!
    • You must stop selling at the ringing of the noon bell.

    MARKET FEES: (space = 12 ft.)

    • Single space - $525
    • 1.5 Spaces - $787.50
    • 2 spaces - $1050
    • 3 spaces - $1575
    • *Estimated charges for food permit (if you have samples of produce or prepared foods) for low risk, $285 for moderate risk, $520 for high risk (*Health Dept. will determine and you will pay them).

    SECURITY/PORT-A-POT FEES:

    • Paid upfont - $280
    • Paid Weekly - $312 ($12 collected per week)

    Farmers: Indicate produce times and include a map of farm.

     

     To streamline our online-only process, we REQUIRE a *non-refundable $50 application fee due with completed form
    no later than April 01, 2023.


    *This amount will be applied toward all
    accepted vendors' Summer 2023 fees.

     

    If you are accepted, notification will be sent May 01 with all balances due June 01, 2023.

    Failure to meet deadlines = loss of space!

  • shall indemnify and agree to hold harmless 32nd Street Market from and against any and all liability, damage, expense, cause of action, suits, claims, penalties or judgments arising from injury to person(s sustained by anyone as a result of consuming food acquired from me and/or resulting in any way from the operation of my stall/stand and/or vehicle.

    I shall, at my own cost and expense, defend any and all suits or actions which may be brought against 32nd Street Market or in which 32nd Street Market may be impleaded with others upon any such above-mentioned matters, and, in the event of my failure to do so, 32nd Street Market may, at my cost and expense, defend any and all such suits or actions and I shall satisfy, pay, and discharge any and all such judgments that may be recovered against 32nd Street Market in any such suits or actions.

  • PARKING REGISTRATION

    As per our Operating Guidelines, only vendors with designated "park-in" spots are allowed to keep vehicles within the Market. The parking lot is reserved solely for customers, so all other vehicles are required to find street/alternative parking or risk fines. The vehicle database will help us insure that our valued customers get all the space they need to shop everyone's wonderful wares!
