Expense Form

In order to be eligible to receive reimbursement for a ski school first timer lesson or package, you must be a guest or child on an official trip to the lodge, complete this Huntley reimbursement form with all receipts attached. Receipts must state the ski area, participant, date, level, cost, and activity. Maximum reimbursement is $100 per day and the lifetime maximum number of days you may submit for reimbursement is three.
