In consideration of my participation in events and hikes sponsored by the Grand Hikers Club, I agree to the following:
1. I have signed any liability waiver that the Sun City Grand residents may be required to sign from time to time by Sun City Grand Community Association Management.
2. I am physically fit and capable of participating in the hikes and activities of the Grand Hikers.
3. I understand and recognize there are risks and hazards associated with hikes and activities of the Grand Hikers.
4. I hold harmless the Grand Hikers Club, its officers, hike leaders, and members, and the Sun City Grand Community Association Management from any and all liability as a result of any accident or injury sustained by me during my participation in a hike or other activities of the Grand Hikers.
5. My waiver shall remain in effect into perpetuity, unless specifically prospectively canceled by me.
