POTO means "Private Off-Chain Transaction Only". POTO is strictly restricted to organizations, institutions, UHNWI (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals) and governments worldwide who seek to acquire CloudCoin from current CloudCoin stakeholders.

This form is strictly intended for organizations, institutions, UHNWI (Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals) and governments worldwide who have been introduced to CloudCoin through its listing on Digital Currency Consortium and would like to make contact with an original CloudCoin stakeholder who currently is not only a member of Digital Currency Consortium but has also expressed the need to be notified upon the consortium's receipt of such inquiry.

This complimentary service is provided at no cost to all current Digital Currency Consortium members who are in good standing. "Good Standing" means that no complaints regarding a CloudCoin transaction::::or of any other digital currency or cryptocurrency transaction::::have ever been made against such member during their term of membership. As well, Digital Currency Consortium is NOT aware of any allegations of impropriety, malfeasance, and dubious or criminal activities having been lodged against such member at any time prior to:::or during:::the term of their membership.

Please note that Digital Currency Consortium does NOT deal with third-parties and anonymous sources.

Therefore, if your initial exposure to information about CloudCoin came from some external third-party or you have been engaged either directly or indirectly by a current CloudCloin stakeholder or any other party to represent them in a POTO transaction, then DO NOT PROCEED with this form. In which case, you are formally instructed to notify such party of our "No Third-Party" policy.

Please note that Digital Currency Consortium will NOT be a party to any POTO activity. Therefore, only your contact information will be forwarded to the Private Party who is the actual owner of such CloudCoin.
