Camp Juku Refund Request Form
This form is for requesting a refund for missing classes. There is a 100% refund before June 1, 2026 (less $25 admin fee if you are canceling the whole registration). See the conditions below for partial refund for missing classes.

To qualify for a refund, you must complete the Refund Form before any days are missed.

The last day to request a refund is the last day of camp.

Refunds will be etransferred after the camp ends and before October 1. All missed days (submitted before they are missed) will be included.

Refund Policy (Camp)

Important : To qualify for a refund, you must complete the Refund Request Form before any days are missed.

Partial or Total Camp Refunds

Before June 1:  100% of the “Total fees” for the requested weeks. (less $25 admin fee for total withdrawal)
Before Camp Starts : 75% of the “Total fees” for the requested weeks. (less $25 admin fee for total withdrawal)
After Camp Starts : $16 per day, per student are refundable. (no admin fee)

You can transfer/change days for free. There are no refunds for part days.
The process of refunding days/weeks may void some discounts based on the total number of weeks, including some referral discounts.

Conditions:
1. After camp starts, there are no refunds for “Optional Fees”, including registration, field trips and other fees.
2. Refunds are available for missing all future full days.  There are no refunds for partial days.
3. Refunds are not available for previous days, based on when the Refund Request Form is submitted.
4. For referral discounts, if the missed dates reduce the referred family to less than 3 weeks,
the referral discounts will not apply.
5. For fees based on the number of weeks, if the missed dates reduce the number of weeks, a new weekly rate will apply.
6. Before camp starts, refunds for planned missed days are discounted 50%, which is better than a daily rate.
7. Refunds are etransferred to the primary email after camp ends and before October 1.
8. Last day to request a refund is the last day of camp.
