MINI TORNADOS

GIRLS + BOYS / AGES 4 – 7
Mini Tornados is a play-based movement skills program that will be delivered over 9 weekly 45 minute sessions. Children join as individuals, not as a team and the emphasis is on the acquisition of basic movement skills in a fun environment. It encourages fun and friendship through netball related dance, games and activities.

During the course of your association with Somerset Storm Netball Club Inc you may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded (Recordings) by internal or external people authorised by the club to do so. This may include when undertaking your usual game, training or community events and fundraising. These remain the property of Somerset Storm and may be used for:

· Marketing and advertising;

· Promotional information;

·         Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)

·         Player Recruitment

·         Website

·         Internal communications

In whatever form, including hard copy print, digital, audio or film media, whether by way of reproduction, modification or adaptation (being the Use).

·         understand that I won’t have any personal rights in the recording or photos of my child or its Use;

·         understand and agree that I will not be entitled to any remuneration, payment, recognition or compensation from Somerset Storm Netball Club

·         sign this release to show that I agree to Somerset Storm undertaking the use of any recordings or photos of my child in any format for as long as it wishes.
