TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Overnight accommodation is limited to the number of guests indicated on the "Guest Entry Slip".
• Your booking is confirmed ONLY by receipt of your reservation fee, the balance of your payment is required at check in & confirmation of guest numbers.
• Reservation fee is non-refundable. We can only accommodate to reschedule your stay. 
  Note: We require atleast 5 days notice from the scheduled date. Otherwise, reservation fee is forfeited.
• GUEST STAYING BEYOND THE STANDARD CHECK-OUT TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR EACH HOUR EXCEEDING THE AGREED-UPON CHECK-OUT TIME.
• Please be advised that any reduction in the number of guests for a booking, which has been paid and confirmed for reservation will not impact the total fee. However, additional guests will incur extra charges.
• Pets are allowed.
• When you check in, the house will be very clean & well presented, we do ask that upon check out, you will leave the house with dishes washed.
• Garbage must be placed at the receptacle bin.
• Smoking is limited to the outside areas of the house.
• Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed but avoid disruptive behavior.
• Turn off water faucets, lights and electrical appliances whenever not in use or going out of the house.
• Limited emergency lighting is provided in the event of a brownout.
• Lock the door and gate at all times. We will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.
• Replacement cost shall be paid by guests due to abuse, negligence or deliberate damages on house properties including loss of room keys.
• Rates do not cover insurance of any sort, so guests are advised to take precautions. Owner shall not be liable for any accident or injury.
