YOUR PERSONAL CHECK-IN
The Landlord or representative will personally welcome and check-in the Tenant and guests, provide property and area information, and give a tour of the Holiday Property at the scheduled Check-In time (approximately 30 minutes).
The Tenant must be present for Check-In and Check-Out, but can authorize a booked guest to represent them by filling out a Third Person Authorization Form before Check-In or Check-Out.
We will send you an email with the link to the mandatory online Check-In Form, if we haven't already. You and your guests aged 14 and above must complete it before arrival.
The Landlord or representative will personally attend your check-out, which may take approximately 15 minutes.

Bed layout cannot be changed less than 2 days prior your Check-In and after your Check-In. We assemble, prepare and dress the beds according to your stipulated requirements.

14 single-beds (14 adult guests, including children of 2 years and older) plus optional 1 day-bed (2 guests, including children) and optional 1 sofa-bed (2 guests, including children) and 2 travel child cots (2 babies). Additional beds or tents are not available. Pets of any kind are not allowed.

The number of adults and children registered does not match the number allocated to beds. To ensure we prepare the correct number of beds and towels, please update the information accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation.
Your payment must be completed within 24 hours to secure your Optional Extras reservation. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation.
Once the payment is finalized, please return to this page and submit the form by clicking the 'Submit Form' button below. Following this, a booking confirmation will be sent to both you and Hacienda Sol via email—remember to check your spam folder. Should the confirmation not arrive, please conduct an inquiry.
