  • Friends For Lives

Friends For Lives are qualified life coaches and suicide intervention trainers and our unique service provides a proven alternative to regular therapy services. We support you via transformational self awareness and psychoeducational trainining, and we also provide a truly confidential safe space to share your thoughts and feelings. We do not offer mainstream professional counselling.

We value our relationship with our clients and believe that such relationships are fundamental to the healing process.

We believe that each individual is unique and has their own way of addressing resolutions. Thus, we believe in a wellness model that helps our clients empower themselves by focusing on what works for them.
