WHAT WILL YOU MAKE FOR THE SHOW?* This field is required.We are looking for any style or themed art. Acrylic, oil, watercolor, sculpture, mixed media, photography, etc.Please be as descriptive as possible. **REMINDER: that we are a family friendly gallery and require art to be PG-13**

Price Range of your Artwork* This field is required.There is no application fee for this show. Please keep in mind the gallery/artist commission is 65/35. This means Artists will receive a 65% commission on all sales of artwork. Gallery will receive a 35% commission. Please price accordingly. ART REQUIREMENTS:* This field is required.By selecting YES, I am agreeing to the following: ART REQUIREMENTS: 1. ORIGINAL WORK: Please make sure that all submitted artwork is your own and will be hung for 30 days 2. MEDIUMS ALLOWED: Open to all traditional mediums of art, including mixed media, sculpture, jewelry, and anything made by hand. 3. NO DIGITAL ART: Our gallery sells originally made artwork by the artist. Our patrons and gallery collectors prefer original one-of-a-kind artworks. 4. ALL ART MUST BE APPROPRIATELY FITTED FOR DISPLAY WITH D-RINGS & WIRE OR SAW TOOTH HANGERS OR READY TO DISPLAY: You will be charged $10 per piece for failure to do so. We had a few pieces happen last time. We know some of you are new to the gallery world. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Please note, if artwork a sculpture or for standing display, we will provide the display for it to sit on. If you have a stand you would like us to include to use, feel free to drop it off with your artwork. 5. FRAME FLAT ARTWORK: They don’t have to be fancy, but take into account the spacing from the artwork, if it is matted or not, etc. This is your artwork and you want it to shine. 6. CANVAS ARTWORK: must have sides painted on the sides if not framed. 7. ALL ART MUST BE DRY: Please make sure that your artwork is dry before drop off. 8. PLEASE FILL OUT PAPER LABEL FORM TO ATTACH TO THE BACK OF YOUR ART: At drop off, there will be small paper forms for you to fill out and attach to the back of your piece(s). THIS IS TO ALLEVIATE ART MIXUPS AT THE GALLERY. The wonderful staff that hangs your pieces and tags may not be familiar with your style and this helps them to hang the right tag with the right piece. 9. COMMISSION RATE IS 65/35: This means Artists will receive a 65% commission on all sales of artwork. Gallery will receive a 35% commission. Please price accordingly. If you have any questions on how, feel free to reach out to us. All art must be FOR SALE! 10. PAYMENT INFORMATION: If your artwork sells, you will receive your payment 30 days after opening day. 11. GALLERY DECISIONS: We do reserve the right to hold back art that does not meet our gallery requirements. Be mindful while we love all types of art, we do not allow things that wouldn’t be appropriate for a family friendly audience. 12. ARTWORK MUST BE AT LEAST PG-13 TO BE DISPLAYED: We are a family friendly gallery space 13. DO NOT SELL YOUR WORK BEFORE THE SHOW HAS OPENED: All artwork submitted must be available for sale. For interested buyers, please send them our way. This is how we keep our gallery going and encourage the show to be bigger and better for our audience. 14. SHARE THE SHOW: We have digital graphics and flyers. The more people share and promote about our show openings, the better! Each show keeps getting bigger and bigger, and that’s what we want! 15. SHIPPING/PICKUP: All art will remain up for a few weeks for the art show. We will contact you on pick up and shipping. You are responsible for cost of shipping to the gallery for the show and for the cost of shipping back to you if your piece does not sell. 16. RESPONSIBILITY: The gallery is not responsible for artwork if something unforeseen happens (man made or natural disasters, etc.) Artists assume responsibility and cost of any issues. If you would like insurance on your piece, it is your responsibility to insuring your own artwork for unforeseen circumstances. 17. ACCEPTANCE: Just because you have been accepted to one show, doesn't ensure acceptance in future shows. 18. IF YOU CAN'T FINISH IN TIME: If accepted into the show, and you can’t make the deadline, please let us know at thacgallery@gmail.com. Our shows are very full and have a waitlist. Failure to deliver artwork after acceptance without notifying gallery will be noted and can hinder future applications. We understand things happen, but please contact us for anything that may come up. This allows us to open up those on the waitlist.

Will you be Shipping or Drop Off your Artwork?* This field is required.For all artwork shipped, artist is responsible for shipping costs. Please be sure to package them safely for delivery. At the end of the show, the gallery will contact you on the shipping price back. Please bring or ship the art to the address below. The gallery is next to the tattoo shop.
