    We welcome all styles and mediums—acrylic, oil, watercolor, sculpture, mixed media, photography, and more. SUBMISSION FEE: $10 for the first piece, $5 for each additional piece (Limit of 1 - 5 pieces depending on the size. please be mindful that we do have other artists to be showcased and take that into consideration when deciding on a size. You will not be charged for pieces we decide not to hang). PLEASE indicate how many original pieces you plan to submit.

    By selecting YES, you are agreeing to the following:1. ORIGINAL WORK: All submitted artwork must be your original creation and will be displayed for 30 days2. ALLOWED MEDIUMS: Open to all traditional mediums including mixed media, sculpture, photography, jewelry, and other handmade art.3. NO DIGITAL ART: We only accept original, one-of-a-kind artworks. Digital art is not accepted at this time. 4. ALL ART MUST BE APPROPRIATELY FITTED FOR DISPLAY WITH D-RINGS & WIRE OR SAW TOOTH HANGERS OR READY TO DISPLAY: All artwork must be ready to hang with D-rings & wire or sawtooth hangers. A $10 fee per piece will be charged if not hang-ready. For sculptures or standing pieces, please provide your own display stand unless one is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your artwork does need a stand, please drop it off with your artwork.5. FRAMING: Flat artwork should be framed or matted appropriately to enhance presentation.6. CANVAS ARTWORK: Canvas edges must be painted if the piece is not framed.7. DRY ARTWORK: Please ensure all artwork is fully dry before drop-off. 8. LABELING - PLEASE FILL OUT PAPER LABEL FORM TO ATTACH TO THE BACK OF YOUR ART: At drop off, there will be small paper forms for you to fill out and attach to the back of your piece(s). THIS IS TO ALLEVIATE ART MIXUPS AT THE GALLERY. The wonderful staff that hangs your pieces and tags may not be familiar with your style and this helps them to hang the right tag with the right piece. 9. COMMISSION RATE IS 65/35: This means Artists will receive a 65% commission on all sales of artwork. Gallery will receive a 35% commission. Please price accordingly. If you have any questions on how, feel free to reach out to us. All art must be FOR SALE! 10. PURCHASED PAYMENT INFORMATION: If your artwork sells, you will receive your payment 30 days after opening day.11. GALLERY RIGHTS: The gallery reserves the right to withhold artwork that does not meet requirements.12. CONTENT RATING: Artwork must be PG-13 suitable for a family-friendly audience. WE are a family friendly gallery space. Be mindful. 13. SALES BEFORE SHOW: All artwork submitted must be available for sale. For interested buyers, direct them to the gallery. This is how we keep our gallery going and encourage the show to be bigger and better for our audience.14. SHARE THE SHOW: We have digital graphics and flyers. The more people share and promote about our show openings, the better! Each show keeps getting bigger and bigger, and that’s what we want!15. SHIPPING/PICKUP: All art will remain up for a few weeks for the art show. We will contact you on pick up and shipping. You are responsible for cost of shipping to the gallery for the show and for the cost of shipping back to you if your piece does not sell.16. RESPONSIBILITY: The gallery is not liable for loss or damage due to unforeseen events. Artists are encouraged to insure their artwork. 17. FUTURE SHOWS: Acceptance in one show does not guarantee acceptance in future shows18. DEADLINES: If you cannot deliver artwork by the deadline, notify us at thacgallery@gmail.com. Failure to do so may affect future applications and allow waitlisted artists to participate. We understand things happen, but please contact us for anything that may come up.

    There is no application fee to apply for this show. If your artwork is selected to be hung, the fees are: $10 for the first piece $5 for each additional piece (up to 5 pieces) You will NOT pay at the time of application. We will review submissions and contact you later with the total amount due. WHEN PAYMENTS ARE DUE, they can be made at drop-off in cash, or via Venmo or PayPal.     If you are shipping your artwork, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please package your pieces securely to ensure safe delivery. At the end of the show, the gallery will contact you regarding return shipping costs. Drop-Off Instructions: Please bring or ship your artwork to the address below. The gallery is located next to the tattoo shop. When dropping off in person, please enter through the tattoo shop side, check in at the front desk, and fill out the label forms for your artwork there.
