The Modern Haven Home House Rules/Guidelines:

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

1. No parties or events allowed without host approval and paid event fee. Violations will result in a cancelled reservation.
2. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home. Violations will be strictly enforced with additional cleaning fees.
3. No pets allowed without the host approval.
4. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
5. No unregistered guests staying overnight without host approval.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise level down.
8. Please take extra care of keys, fobs, and gate remotes. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $120.
9. Please take care of the home furnishings.
10. Please don’t rearrange the furniture without host approval.
11. Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher before checking out.
12. Please take out excessive trash to outdoor containers
13. Please treat this home and our neighbors with respect.
14. The BBQ grill is available for use but please clean it and the area after use. If cleaning is not done, an additional $35 cleaning fee will be incurred.
15. Please be careful and try to avoid damaging white towels and bed sheets. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear such as hair dye might result in additional cleaning fees.
