Foundation Programme

Please note that the first two weeks of the scholarship programme are in the castle Schauenstein, Switzerland, and they are compulsory.
The programme is then divided into the following stages:

- 3 Restaurant stages à 4 weeks each
- 4 stages with Partner Producers à 1 week each
- The last week includes the creation of the final product and the presentation of the final product
