  • Parent on Site & Staff Assistant Committment 

    We acknowledge that by our signatures below we have enrolled our student(s) in M.O.R.E of Baltimore Homeschool Tutorial classes indicated on the the attached Class Selection section above for the 2023/2024 school year. Furthermore, by enrolling our student(s), we agree to participate in M.O.R.E. of Baltimore as a Parent on Site (1st & 2nd Graders) or Staff Assistant (3rd - 8th Graders) for the required number of service shifts and to serve on at least one Committee. We understand that we are not required to work Staff Assistant shifts if we are serving as an Instructor. We understand that if we are unable to fulfill one of our service responsibilities due to unforeseen circumstances, we must find a replacement and notify M.O.R.E. of Baltimore Administration. We also understand that failing to commit to serving as a Staff Assistant and a Committee member will result in your student(s) being immediately disenrolled from M.O.R.E of Baltimore.

  • Payment Details

    You will receive invoices from Intuit/QuickBooks. We have partnered with Intuit/QuickBooks to send invoices and accept credit card payments safely and securely for our parents. You can make payments with us at M.O.R.E of Baltimore with confidence. 

    Intuit/QuickBooks manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, and ensures the security of your encrypted payments from end to end. 

    We rely heavily on parents' payments of class fees to promptly pay our tutors. By covering the costs of the non-core curriculum/texts, we hope that M.O.R.E of Baltimore classes are accessible to all. If you decide to cancel your enrollment within a week of the session start date, we will provide a full refund of the tuition paid. No other refunds will be made after the first week of the program. If you enroll your child after the start of the session, your tuition may be prorated. If the first payment is not received prior to his/her start date, your child may be disenrolled from their classes. 

  • Late Pick-up Fee

    If you are late picking up your child, M.O.R.E of Baltimore reserves the right to charge you a $1/minute late fee for each minute you are late after 2:30pm. This charge will be added to your monthly tuition bill.

  • COVID Policy | Release of Liability | Permission to Secure Treatment

    We urge students to attend classes regularly. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL FOR ALL (Students, Tutors, Parents, Visitors). However, if at anytime the student - or a member of the student's household begins experiencing a cold, fever, runny nose, cough or any symptoms associated with COVID-19, we ask that you remain home and not present in class for 1 week, or until symptoms subside. Our tutors are required to observe the same request.

    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend M.O.R.E of Baltimore Homeschool and its officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages, and losses sustained by me or my minor child arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the program(s).

    In the event of any emergency, I authorize M.O.R.E of Baltimore Homeschool to secure from any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for me or my minor child's immediate care and
    agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.

    By signing below, I acknowledge the agreement stated in this form. I also confirm that all information I entered in this form is true and accurate.

    Furthermore, I understand that M.O.R.E of Baltimore: Homeschool Co-op was designed to supplement, not replace, my homeschool instruction. As the parent, I am enrolling my child in the tutorial with the understanding that  I am ultimately responsible for providing regular, thorough instruction in english, math, science, social studies, art, music, health, and PE; while maintaining a portfolio of my child's work for review by my local district reviewer or umbrella program.
