In order to access the site and make all suppliers, contractors, crew and volunteers familiar with important safety and event procedures, we require all parties to complete an online induction before arriving onsite and starting work. This will help prevent injuries & incidents, provide knowledge on what to do in an emergency, and how to ensure the safety of yourself and your team while onsite. This can be used for bringing awareness of site hazards, specific site policies and procedures, evacuation information, site access, site protocols and reporting requirements.
If you, or any of your crew, contractors, suppliers, volunteers or visitors require access to the event site, please ensure they have a copy of this information, and understand and agree to the site rules and requirements before entering.
This induction should take approximately 10minutes to complete. It's a good idea to have copies of the front of your 'relevant' licenses if you're uploading to your account and qualification profile.
