Please note: YACEP CEU Certificates of Completion will reflect the total number of hours attended throughout the duration of conference. Attendance will be registered at each session to honor the ethical standards of the Yoga Alliance and our commitment to upholding YACEP guidelines. CEU Certificates will be emailed to participants who respond "yes" within 14 days of the YogaWell Conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees are 100% transferrable. Registration fees are 100% refundable if cancelled within the 96 hours of submission (less a $25 processing and administative fee). Cancellations received after 96 hours of registration are 50% refundable up to 96 hours prior to the Conference dates. All cancellation requests must be emailed to YogaWellConference@gmail.com and received no later than June 20, 2023 at midnight EST to be eligible for a refund.*

LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that the Yoga teachers and other speakers leading this retreat are not serving as physicans or clinicians at this event, and therefore, cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, illness or injury. In all cases, Conference Participants should join any Yoga, Pilates, or Meditation sessions/workshops/classes with approval from a trusted medical professional and should always follow their doctor’s advice. In addition, Conference Participants should always be mindful of their own limitiations and modify or avoid any movements that might cause pain or injury. Conference Participants take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur while participating in the retreat and any/all online course offerings. Conference Participants will not hold YogaWell, Pointe of Grace Project, Yoga instructors, worship leaders, speakers, or any employers or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during a workshop, worship service, class, or practice.*
