  • I understand that my course fees must be fully paid off before I can sit a lash training workshop.
  • I understand that I MUST attend BOTH workshop days to pass my course, & that last minute cancellations (within 24hrs) or no shows on the day means I forfeit my deposit & the cost of my training kit. And that I will have to pay again to resit a new workshop & get my certification.
  • I understand that there are currently no governing regulations rules or restrictions for Eyelash Extension services in New Zealand & that is possible for my local council or Government to repeal or pass legislation at any point in time.
  • I understand that if my local council or the NZ Government passes any legislation to regulate the practise of eyelash extensions, that I must update my codes of practise to adhere to the new rules.
  • I understand that all course materials & Course Manuals provided to me by Lavikas is for my own personal use ONLY. That I will not infringe on Lavikas Lash House Ltd's intellectual property rights or copyrights to share or redistribute my course materials for anyone else to use or for profit.
  • I agree that by participating in a Lavikas Lash House Ltd's workshop or classes, I consent to any photos/videos/audio recordings of myself or in my likeness ot be used by Lavikas for future marketing & promotional purposes only.
  • I agree that by becoming certified by Lavikas Lash House Ltd, it is solely my responsibility to ensure the success of my own lash business. Lavikas classes provides instruction only & is not liable or responsible for my future lash career or results.
  • I am satisfied with Lavikas Lash House Ltd's certification for instruction and have done my own research about this Lash Course. I understand that Veronica Tatafu (Master Lash Artist) will be my trainer & that if I have any questions, concerns or complaints that I can contact her at any time.
  • I agree that I will be abide by Lavikas Lash House Ltd's student code of conduct. And if I continue to break these rules my students privileges will be revoked from Lavikas Lash House courses/trainings/workshops & future mentorship without reimbursment.

  • Student Code of Conduct:

    1. Respect: All students MUST respect others. This includes trainers, students, models, clients, Lavikas staff members. Failure to respect others will result in immediate removal from the training or programme.

    2. Purpose: To outline policies and procedures to help promote growth and learning as students interact with their environment and accept responsibility for decision-making.

    3. Authority: The Student Code of Conduct is not a code of criminal law; criminal law concepts, processes, and procedures do not apply to it. Lavikas Lash House Ltd will take appropriate action when student breeches their code of conduct. Regardless of whether a criminal offense has occurred, LLH reserves the right to take necessary and appropriate action to protect the health, safety and well-being of oursalon, property, other students, & staff members.

    4. Good Standing: The awarding of certification from Lavikas, is conditioned upon a student’s good standing with their Lash Course and satisfaction of all Lavikas graduation requirements. “Good standing” means the student has resolved any holds, unpaid fees or acts of academic or behavioral misconduct and the student complied with all sanctions imposed as a result of any misconduct.
