Duties include:
Maintaining standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensuring compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
Carrying out risk assessments and ensuring equipment is up to standard
Preparing and cooking food for event
Ensuring taste is correct, being innovative and creating recipes
Requirements
Level 2 food hygiene certificate (we can provide training if needed)
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Organisational skills
Cleanliness, high standard of hygiene
Knowledge of plant based and organic wholefood.
