• Moving Shift Sign Up

    Thank you for your interest in helping us Move Like a Mother! Throughout the months of April and May, we will be packing parts of our warehouse and moving them to our new space. And, oh boy, do we need your help! We have set up dates and times for volunteers to help us spread out the labor. Please sign up when you are available and encourage others to do so!

  • Each individual volunteer needs to complete a form!

    If you are a group lead, please forward this form to the individuals in your group so that we can communicate everyone as your volunteer shift approaches. Additionally, our volunteer waiver is built into this form. Please do not complete this form on behalf of any volunteer who is not a minor!

  • May 19th and 20th are our official moving days! These will be the most labor intensive of any days listed as we load and unload our items at our new space in the Eastgate Mall. We will need all hands on deck! Please sign up for a moving day shift below if you are willing and able. 

  • *Please note that Shift 1 on Saturday May 20th will be strictly for moving pallets on pallet jacks and requires heavy lifting. If you have expertise in the above tasks, please sign up for Shift 1!

  • Emergency and COVID-19 Waiver 

  • I am not aware of any physical or medical condition that would interfere with my ability to participate in volunteering at Give Like a Mother. I understand that personal injury can and may occur, and I hereby authorize Give Like a Mother to seek medical attention as needed, and I further agree to be liable for and to pay all costs incurred in connection with such medical attention.


    I understand that while Give Like a Mother has made every reasonable attempt to lessen the transmission of COVID-19 among their volunteers and staff, Give Like a Mother cannot be held liable for any risks related to COVID-19. I am fully aware that my participation carries with it the inherent risks related to COVID-19 transmission.

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement

  • I understand that I may come into contact with private client information and agree that I will not share any of this information outside of Give Like a Mother for any purpose. This includes client names, contact information, and program participation.
