    Junior Chef

    A Jr Chef must assist the head chef in all his/her duties to make service run
    smoothly, the Jr chef is responsible for ensuring food is topped up before running out
    and the needed ingredients are always available.

  • Duties include:


    - Assisting Chef with cooking
    - Serving and prepping food
    - Cleaning the food prep areas
    - Maintaining stock levels
    - Informing chef of low stock
    - Replenishing stock.
    - Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

     

    Requirements:


    - Level 2 food hygiene certificate (we can provide training if needed)
    - Ability to work well under pressure
    - High standard of cleanliness
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Knowledge of plant based and organic wholefood.
    - Organisational Skills
