Arts Undergraduate Improvement Fund Application
The Arts Undergraduate Improvement Fund Committee (AUIFC) allocates approximately $250,000 annually towards beneficial capital improvements and their one-time installation costs. Groups associated with the Faculty of Arts are eligible to apply. For information on eligibility and how to apply, please review the AUIF Handbook and the AUIF by-laws on the AUS website. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted; all applications are due February 27, 2026 at 11:59PM. Questions regarding the application process or eligibility criteria can be directed to AUS Finance Commissioner (financecommissioner@ausmcgill.com) or in person with the AUS VP Finance during scheduled office hours. All allocations of the AUIFC are subject to approval by the AUS Legislative Council. You will be notified by email by early April if your application is successful.
