  • This is usually the first-person customers/guests meet on arrival and a
    representation of the company. You will be responsible for welcoming and greeting
    guests and directing them to seating or ordering areas etc. Tasks may also include
    taking payments, serving drinks and ensuring good customer service is provided.

  • Duties:
    - Providing a pleasant and efficient customer experience
    - Registering orders
    - Resolving customer issues and queries
    - Contributing to inventory management/restocking
    - Operating the POS system
    - Collecting payments accepting cash or via card payments
    - Providing price information to customers
    - Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation
    - Asking about allergies
    - Providing receipts
