    To ensure your TouchTour hardware delivery is tailored to your needs, we will need some property specific shipping information. Please answer the questions below that will help us prepare for your shipment and installation.
  • 3. Desired Hardware Delivery Date (minimum of 4 weeks from the completion of this form and hardware payment). There must be staff regularly available to accept receipt of goods at this time. Engrain cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date due to using 3rd party shippers but we will target this date.*

  • 11. Mount or Stand Type (if requesting a different mount than was originally contracted, additional charges may apply)*
  • 12. Will this be installed in a cubby or niche? You MUST order the articulating mount for this installation method.*
  • 13. Will you have a dedicated power and ethernet port for the TouchTour equipment active at the install location? (The TouchTour system requires an active power source as well as an internet connection. Please ensure when selecting your installation location that these both are within reasonable proximity to the screen. Engrain does not provide cable covers, extensions, or outlet moving services.)*
