How to Find the MAC address and Model Number

POLYCOM PHONES

MAC Address:

On the Phone: Look for a sticker with a barcode on the back of the phone. The MAC address is above the barcode.

In the Phone Settings: You can also find the MAC address through the phone's menu. To access the menu, press the Menu or Home button, then navigate to Settings or Status. The exact menu options may vary depending on the phone model and firmware version.

Model Number:

On the Phone: The model number for Polycom phones is usually on a manufacturer information label on the back of the device, either as a sticker or printed on the device.

In the Phone Settings: You can also find the model number and serial number for Polycom phones in the Help & Support menu by going to Menu > Help & Support > About.

In the Phone Settings: Press Menu or OK > Status. Use the navigation buttons to scroll to Status and press OK to enter the menu. Look for an entries labeled MAC Address and Model Number. The exact menu options may vary depending on the phone model and firmware version.
