SparkPath Career Assessment

Thank you for your interest in the SparkPath Career Assessment. This approach helps you create a path to a meaningful career by choosing an inspiring challenge to solve. It flips the traditional model of just giving you a list of job titles to fit into. Instead, you get to work backwards to explore companies working on your chosen challenge, who works there, and what they had to learn to be able to do that.

Here’s how it works in three steps:

Step 1: Through guided reflection, you will reflect on where you are now and where you want to go. Then, you will pick three challenges you want to solve. This step should take you less than 30 minutes.

Step 2: Based on your answers, we will create a Challenge Profile for you. This profile will identify exciting options for you to explore further. It will take 2-4 business days to create your profile.

Step 3: You will receive your Challenge Profile and review it to gain clarity on your next steps. Then, you will share your feedback with us about the experience. This step should also take you less than 30 minutes.

By participating in this challenge, you will have the opportunity to gain clarity that could change the course of your entire career. You will receive inspiring options for companies, people, jobs, and learning opportunities that will allow you to create a vision board of possibilities.
