This form is to be used to obtain approval to participate in a money earning event. Prior to completing this form, applicant should view, Money Matters 4 – Raising additional funds in gsLearn. Troops must have last year’s troop annual report on file and have participated in the most recent Girl Scout Cookie Program. This form is due to the council at minimum two weeks before the proposed money earning event. A signed copy of the form will be returned.
