On our Library Digital Equity page, we will be listing FREE community resources that are explicitly related to tech, tech giveaways, internet connectivity, government-supported tech or internet subsidies, tech-related skill building, digital literacy skill building, etc.

Please note: As a public institution, Toledo Lucas County Public Library has clear and direct policies on "selling" to patrons. If your program requires a community member to pay a fee to leverage your service, it will not be listed on our community resources dropdown. Every resource listed on this page should be FREE to the community member who is looking to develop their digital skills or get connected to tech.
