Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations of the organization.
-Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute strategies that align with Aurum's mission statement.
-Manage and coordinate internal events, such as general meetings, retreats, and team building activities.
-Oversee and support the work of the Program Coordinator and other internal teams.
-Provide leadership and guidance to members, helping them to achieve their goals and professional development objectives.
-Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the organization, ensuring that all members feel supported and valued.
-Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including industry professionals and organizations, to enhance internal operations and member opportunities.
-Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all internal materials and communication channels.
-Monitor and report on internal performance metrics, including member engagement, retention, and feedback.
-Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
