Mike Cusimano Education Award Program 2025
This award is dedicated to Mike Cusimano, the first President of ASPTEA
Eligibility Requirements
- Legal dependents of current City of Phoenix employees with ASPTEA membership
- High school senior or full time (12 credit hours) college student at time of application
- Student can be up to age 26 at time of application
- Minimum Unweighted Cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Current transcripts (does not need to be an "official" transcript)
- Dependents of ASPTEA Board Member or Education Award Committee Members are not eligible to participate
Application Processes and Deadline
- Opens– Saturday, March 1, 2025
- Closes– Sunday, June 1, 2025 at 11:59 pm
- Complete and submit online application at www.asptea.com
- Send Transcripts to: scholarship@asptea.com
Award Process
Winners will be required to:
- submit verification of full time (12 credit hours) enrollment for the fall 2025 semester from the student's accredited educational institution before award issuance.
- submit an "OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT" by July 31, 2025.
Award will be issued no later than September 1, 2025.
