This information will be used on our Instagram and event information forms. Please complete this entire questionnaire with as much detail as possible. THANK YOU!
  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Applications are accepted through June 18th, 2023 or until spaces are filled. Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis. Past attendance does NOT guarantee an acceptance . We reserve the right to refuse any application. Merchandise in booth MUST be vintage or vintage related.

  • Booth Reservation Fee (we will contact you if you have been accepted). You are responsible for providing your own fixtures and tables. Once accepted, e-transfer payment can be made to palookabazaar@gmail.com*
  • Check-In/Setup is Sunday JUNE 25th, 2023 from 10:30am-12pm. Do you agree to that?*
  • Pop-Up Hours are usually Sun. 12-5. We are working with the venue to extend the hours of the JUNE pop up TO 6 or 8 pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready for the entire event, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you have any time constraints? Do you agree to that?*
  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will be notified by email and an invoiced for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and fixtures. Weather permitted, we could have booth space available outside. Please note if you choose to have your booth outside and set up on the day, we ask that you still prepare to stay the entire market, and tented coverings are highly recommended in case of inclement weather.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    In the event that a vendor needs to cancel, fees will be refunded in FULL if notification is received before JUNE 18th, 2023. A cancellation received between JUNE 19th-24th will be refunded 50%. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received on JUNE 25th.
