Disclaimer: We are a very small independent rescue and rely heavily on donations. Do you acknowledge that we ask the foster parents to provide food/litter? On occasion we are able to provide food/litter depending on donations. All medical expenses will be covered by Pretty Paws Rescue. Foster supplies such as crates, litter boxes and food bowls if needed for foster can be loaned while you foster.*

I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any PRETTY PAWS RESCUE animal fostered by me.

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless PRETTY PAWS RESCUE and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster cat(s).

I accept full responsibility for the cat(s) actions at all times, and release PRETTY PAWS RESCUE from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such cat(s).

I agree to have PRETTY PAWS RESCUE to conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the cats(s) anymore that I will return the cats(s) to PRETTY PAWS RESCUE and try to give PRETTY PAWS RESCUE a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the cats(s).

I agree that the cat(s) being fostered by me will not have any access outdoors and will be strictly indoor only. I acknowledge if this rule is broken I have violated my foster agreement and will be asked to return any cat(s) to PRETTY PAWS RESCUE.
