Come and See Registration and Permission Form

The Diocese of Spokane's Office of Vocations is hosting a Come and See for young men in high school (grades 9 to 12) on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at Bishop White Seminary (429 E Sharp Ave, Spokane, WA 99202).

The event will last from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with the seminary doors opening at 4:00 pm. The Come and See will feature interactions with current seminarians, a tour of the seminary, dinner, talks on priesthood and discernment, Eucharistic Adoration, and liturgical prayer.

The recommended attire is slacks or nice jeans with a button up shirt or polo.

The Come and See is free to participants. Please complete this form to register. Parental permission is required.

Parents/Guardians of participants are advised that photographs or video and audio recordings of participants may be used in publications, websites or other materials produced periodically by the Diocese of Spokane, the Office of Vocations, Bishop White Semianary, local parishes, or other vocation-promoting organizations. Participants would not be identified without specific written consent. Parents/guardians who do not wish their child(ren) to be photographed or filmed should so notify the Office of Vocations in writing. Please note that the Diocese of Spokane and Office of Vocations has no control over the use of photographs or film taken by media that may be covering the event in which your child(ren) participate.

I, the above named Parent/Guardian, grant permission for my child, the above named Participant, to participate in the High School Come and See at Bishop White Seminary organized by the Diocese of Spokane Office of Vocations.

I agree on behalf of myself, my child named herein, or our heirs, successors, and assigns to hold harmless and defend the Office of Vocations and Bishop White Seminary, their officers, directors employees and agents, and the Diocese of Spokane, its employees and agents, chaperones, or representatives associated with the event, from any claim arising from or in connection with my child attending the event or in connection with any illness or injury (including death) or cost of medical treatment in connection therewith, and I agree to compensate the Office of Vocations and Bishop White Seminary, their officers, directors and agents, and the Diocese of Spokane, its agents and chaperones, or representatives associated with the event for reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses which may incur in any action brought against them as a result of such injury or damage, unless such claim arises from the negligence of the Office of Vocations, Bishop White Seminary, or the Diocese of Spokane.
