To request an appointment with me please fill out the form below to the best of your ability. A deposit is not required to request an appointment, only to schedule one once approved. I only communicate through email. Please allow up to a week for an email response from me. Check your spam folder if you have not heard from me within 7 days of submitting your request.
Style

I am specifically looking to work in Neo traditional and illustrative styles. Preferably color. If you are not sure on style, submit the form anyways and I will let you know. Passion projects of mine will always be accepted. Blackwork flowers, horror tattoos, Disney, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars. I do not tattoo black and grey realism, geometric (including mandalas) or fine line.
I acknowledge the prices set by my artist at $125 minimum, $150 per hour, or priced per piece at the artists discretion at time of completion. The artist can only give rough estimates and not final cost.*

I understand that my $100 deposit will go towards the final cost of the tattoo. It is non-refundable for any reason. I understand that if I give my artist less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, I lose my deposit. More than two reschedules will result in a lost deposit, and require a new deposit to book a new appointment.*
