Preparing for your Appointment
- Location: Amentum | 111 Herrod Blvd., Dayton, NJ 08810
- Attendees must show Photo ID.
- Appointments are for 1 hour and are on a first-come first-serve basis.
- One appointment per person.
- Face coverings are recommended, but optional.
- Gloves are required for handling property. Disposable gloves will be provided.
- Social Distancing of 6 feet will be in place.
- Attendees agree to enter the Property at their own risk, and to take reasonable precautions to protect Seller representatives and all parties against exposure to or the possibility of contracting COVID-19 by complying with federal CDC, state and local COVID-19 directives and guidelines.
- Admittance will not be allowed for attendees who do not follow stated requirements.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Appointments will only be extended if the maximum appointments per hour are not met.
