Job Summary Virtual Assistant:
We require the services of a tech-savvy VA accustomed to using Google Calendars and G-suite or Google Drive. We need our business plan tasks uploaded manually and entered into a calendar. A plan is already set out for each week with a breakdown of tasks such as what to post on socials and what to send to our email list subscribers. Your job as VA will be copying and pasting each task to the relevant day on the calendar.
Virtual Assistant Qualifications/Skills (Executive Support Role):
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or related role
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word-processing software)
Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams
Proficient with online calendars and scheduling (like Calendly or Google Calendar)
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
Social media content management
Education & Experience Requirements:
Two years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or other executive administrative support role
Proven experience managing content and posts on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram)
Software, hardware, special skills required:
Gmail, G-suite, Google Calendars, (Wordpress and LMS Teachable is a bonus but not required) Willingness to learn and grow with the business. May lead to more work after an initial one off project.
