Vendor Requirements: We ask that all vendors sell goods only. Selling or advertising services will not be accepted through this application process. Product pricing must be prominently displayed on all items. All displays and promotional literature must be in good taste. The product or service must be presented in a professional manner. Subletting space is prohibited. The Vendor shall not assign and/or sublet a portion of the whole or any part of the space allocated by OMB to The Vendor. At the discretion of OMB, only two vendors may be allowed to rent one space.
Exhibit Space Information: Vendors are responsible for providing a 10x10 tent, weights to hold tent down, tables, chairs, extension cords, and proper lighting for your booth. Vendors are responsible to setup their own exhibit. The Vendor agrees to confine its activities to the exhibit space provided to them.
Vendor Set Up Security: OMB will not be responsible to a Vendor for any loss or damage caused as a result of their booth being opened and unattended during Market hours. OMB is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. We recommend that you do not leave your booth unattended during Market hours.
Dismantling and Removal: No Vendor shall dismantle or remove any part of its display before the time scheduled as specified: Fridays and Saturdays – 9:00pm & Sundays – 7:00pm. Any material remaining after the cut off time may be removed by OMB at Vendor’s expense.
Vendor Set Up Fee: Regular Spot is $120, Corner Spot is $180, Hut is $480 per weekend. Once a vendor has been selected, a contract will be signed, and payment will be required to be submitted by Wednesday, October 4, 2023. A receipt will be emailed to the point of contact.
Date Request: We ask our vendors to select the date(s) that they are interested in attending. We are going to fill vendor spots based on volume. We cannot guarantee more than one weekend will be provided.
Samples, Raffles, Draws, Alcohol Free: Samples may be distributed if approved by OMB prior to the Market. Orders for products may be taken and merchandise may be sold at cash or credit retail prices.
Soliciting: To protect the privacy of our customers, we would like to advise that you cannot collect shoppers’ personal information for purposes other than related to their purchases at the OMB Christmas Market.
Arrangement of Exhibits: Displays must not protrude beyond Vendor's assigned area or obstruct the view of the neighboring tables and may not be taller than 10 ft in height except in specified areas. Please advise at the time of application if display exceeds 10' in height. Company name must be prominently displayed in exhibit.
Noise: The Vendor shall at the request of OMB stop the use of loudspeakers, microphones, amplifiers, musical instruments, gramophones, radios, film equipment or any other item that emits audio.
Care: It is the Vendor’s responsibility to keep their area clean and orderly throughout the market and to ensure it is ready for opening at the time the market opens each day. Garbage must be taken to and placed in the garbage bin. Cardboard is to be taken to and placed in the cardboard bin.
Liability: OMB shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, theft or destruction whatsoever or howsoever caused to any goods, equipment or any other property belonging to the Vendor or for which the Vendor is responsible.
Vendors will be asked to provide proof of insurance with a COI naming OMB as additional insured.
General: All matters and questions not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to the decision of OMB. In addition, OMB shall have full discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of all terms and conditions contained herein and the authority to make such amendments thereto and such further rules and regulations governing the conduct of the participation in the market as it shall consider necessary for the proper presentation of the market. Vendor agrees to abide by all decisions of OMB and further agrees to cease any activity that OMB deems to be a violation of the terms and conditions and to follow the directive of OMB.
