1. Rental Period: The rental period begins when the customer receives the wine glasses and ends when they are returned to us in good condition. Any late returns will incur additional charges.

2. Rental Fee: Rental fees are calculated on a per-glass, per-day basis. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or lost glasses.

3. Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required before the rental begins in order to cover any potential losses or damages incurred by the customer during the rental period. This deposit will be refunded within two working days after the return of all wine glasses, provided that they are returned in good condition.

4. Use: Wine glasses may only be used for serving wine, and not for any other purpose or activity. The customer must also agree to use the glasses responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption and service.

5. Damage: If any of the glasses are damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the customer will be liable for all costs associated with replacing them.

6. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the rental start date to receive a full refund. After that time no refunds can be given.

7. Damage and Loss: The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of the wine glasses while they are in their possession. This includes any damage that occurs
during transportation or use.

8. Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all glasses are returned in the same condition as they were received. If any of the glassware is found to be damaged or not returned, the customer will be liable for all charges associated with repair or replacement.

9. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss caused by use of our wine glasses. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for rental fees.

10. Acceptance: By purchasing a rental of our wine glasses, you signify that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Any questions regarding these terms should be addressed before entering into the agreement. Thank you for choosing us!
