Thank you so much for your interest in a tattoo from me! I am a handpoke only artist located in Chicago, and I am always prioritizing Black people/deeply melanated people/diverse body types. Please fill out this form thoroughly and completely to book an appointment with me. If our visions align, you’ll be receiving an official confirmation email from me with appointment details and deposit directions. Your official tattoo quote will be based on the information below. Please be ready to send a 30% deposit upon submission. Deposits go towards the final price of your tattoo and are non-refundable unless there is an error on my end or I have to cancel. I am taking custom ideas and repeating any available flash (which can be mostly found in my IG highlights). I’m excited to work with you in the near future!
