Membership Incentive MY24 T-Shirt Selection

Spring Membership T-shirt

Complete one form for each member.
- All members are encouraged to complete this form.
- Renewal must take place between April 1-21 to earn free t-shirt. Council will verify all renewals prior to t-shirts being mailed.
- Troop co-leaders are welcome to place t-shirt orders for girls in their troop. A separate form is required for each Girl Scout.
- All t-shirt selections are final at midnight April May 1. No exchanges will be given.
- All Spring Membership incentives will be mailed to Troop Co-Leaders in August.
- See t-shirt sizing.
