Meet with County Commissioners

Meetings are generally set in 1/2 hour blocks by the Administration staff, with other meetings prior to and following your meeting. Please keep your meeting presentation and discussion to 20 minutes. This will allow the Commissioners to ask questions of you, before the next meeting.

If you plan to present a PowerPoint presentation, or to bring printed material, please have that information to Administration prior to your meeting.

Once you have completed and submitted the request below, the Administration Staff will contact you to schedule a meeting.

Timing - Please indicate your deadline. If there is a day of the week you prefer to meet or if there are other constraints we should be aware of when scheduling, please include them here. All briefing items will be scheduled for 30 minutes unless otherwise requested.*

Documents in support of your item - Please indicate if you have handouts, if you will present by powerpoint, and if you require equipment or technical assistance for your meeting. When we confirm your meeting date and time, we will request you provide documents 72 hours in advance of the meeting.*
