As required per the covenants for Woodlands of Houston subdivision (including Sanford Place), all home improvement requests must be submitted in writing prior to beginning any construction at your home. Please complete the following form to the best of your ability.

Be sure to review the covenants at www.whoahouston.com prior to submission of your request so that you fully understand what is needed for approval. Please note that a picture of the existing home as is prior to what is being requested is most helpful in the timely approval of your request. The WHOA Architectural Control Committee will be in touch after their review.

Please mark one or more of the following to complete your request. Additional comments can be filled out beside your update choice(s) or in overflow beside the choice “Other”.

Fence Addition

(include fencing type, measurements, and location)

Fence Staining

(include brand and color of the stain and a picture of your home for color comparison)

Outbuilding

(include detailed drawing/aerial view, colors and materials to be used, and picture of home for color comparison)

Pool

(include detailed drawing and measurements, typically provided to you by your installer)

Sunroom/Porch Addition

(include detailed drawing and measurements, typically provided to you by your builder)

Landscaping Changes

(include types of plants, bumper color and measurements, and location)

Driveway Extentions

(include detailed drawing/aerial view with measurements of existing and new driveway request as well as measurements from new driveway to edge of your lot)

Other Improvements

Please be detailed describing your home improvement project
