KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM REGISTRATION RULES

Please read these instructions carefully. A short list of rules will follow

In order to successfully register your tenant to receive an access code you must first have a valid and up to date Tenant Registration Form filed with Transcend Community Management.

Failure to file a Tenant Registration Form will result in your request not being filed. To file a Tenant Registration Form please go to the Forms tab of the Mesa Terrace HOA website and click on Tenant Registration Form and fill in the form.

NOTE: This form is due at each lease expiration. You should also upload a copy of the active lease for the property.

RULES FOR TENANT ACCESS/OWNER RESPONSIBILITES

Restricted Permission: Tenants may not make a request for access. Access is granted by owners and only owners can make this request.

Owner Responsible: By filling in this form the owner is acknowledging that they take responsiblity for the actions of the parties they are requesting access for. Owners will be held liable for any damage to the secured common areas caused by a tenant that they have requested access for.

Under Age 18: No tenant under the age of 18 may have independent access. Access is only granted to persons 18 years of age or older. If children under the age of 18 are found to have a phone with access to the PDK Keyless Entry System then the code for that user will be removed from the system and future access will be denied.

Annual Renewal: Each year the request expires and will need to be renewed. The owner will be responsible for making a new request for tenant access if the tenant's registration expires.
