  • Hello!
    This form is used to structure your tattoo appointment and outlines what you have in mind for a custom tattoo. I will accept your proposal if your idea is in line with the themes I like to tattoo. This can include: still life imagery, food/drink items, nostalgic themes, botanicals, some animalia, video game motifs, stone architecture, flowing smoke & fabric. You will see this represented often in my portfolio!

    Themes I avoid: Clusters/bouquets of flowers, snakes, insects, script, human forms, overly complicated architecture, pet portraits, and generally very vague requests.

    Please try to be as descriptive as you are able to!

    COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS AND RISKS:
    Given the nature of tattooing, I will need to be in your personal space as I tattoo you. Because of the risk at hand, I am trusting all applicants to use their own better judgement on whether or not they are risking themselves or the tattooer with their life at home. I am fully vaccinated!
    All clients must come alone to their appointment with a mask covering both nose and mouth. Please do not come with a guest unless you need a buddy for accessibiity reasons.

  • After hitting submit on this page, your form will be sent to me via email. Due to the volume of requests I receive per booking period, I cannot garuntee you will be able to reserve a spot in my books. If you do not hear from me within 2 weeks of your request, I am unable to take on your project. All projects that I approve will be replied to. If accepted, I will send a follow up email that will include an additional link to my Calendly account which will enable you to select a day and time for our appointment. Please look for an email from compostpiletattoo@gmail.com 

    I am requiring deposits for all tattoo appointments going forward. The deposit amount will be calculated based on the estimated cost of your tattoo. This deposit is collected in order to insure the commitment from both the client and myself. The cost paid will be deducted from the final charge of your tattoo session. Your deposit is non refundable in a case of cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or if you don’t show up for the appointment without notification. Rescheduling your appointment with proper notice allows you to retain your deposit.
