Period of Enrollment: You understand and agree that the term of this enrollment contract shall be for the entire school year, or, in the case of a student enrolling after the school year has begun, from the date of enrollment through the last day of the school year.
Commitment for Full School Year: You understand and agree there is no reduction, refund, credit, or other allowance made for snow days, absence, illness, missed classes due to tutoring or other programs, dismissal with cause, or withdrawal except as noted in the withdrawal policy.
Tuition: You agree to pay NWS the tuition for the School Year for the student listed in this contract, in accordance with the selected payment plan with the amounts as laid out in the Tuition & Fee Schedule. Students may not attend school and are not considered enrolled until an enrollment contract has been fully executed and all required tuition and fees have been paid. If you choose the full pay option, then the due date is July 20, 2023.
Non-Refundable Fees: You understand that the Supply, Registration and Enrolment Fees are non-refundable (except as noted in the withdrawal policy) and that payment of these non-refundable fees must accompany this registration contract.
Returned Payment Fee: In the event a payment is returned, NWS will bill your account a $40 fee for each returned payment attempt
Withdrawal of Student: You understand that in order to provide its service, NWS must make certain financial commitments for the entire school year and that these commitments are made in the expectation that the tuition will be paid in full. No pupil will be enrolled for any period shorter than the full academic year, except by special arrangement, as in the case of late enrollment.
Classroom Privileges: You understand and agree that NWS shall have the right to deny any student from attendance, temporarily or permanently, under any circumstances determined in the sole discretion of NWS, including, but not limited to, student interference with the health, safety, or educational development of the student or any other student, unsatisfactory student progress or conduct, and past due tuition or other fees owed the school. NWS further reserves the right to deny continued enrollment or re-enrollment to any student if NWS reasonably concludes that the actions of a student’s Parent/Guardian are inconsistent or in non-support of the educational environment or are counterproductive to a positive working relationship between NWS and the student’s family.
Tuition Modification: The Tuition Modification is available to families with eligible income. Tuition Modification applicants pay the all fees as required of other families upon submission of the enrollment contract. Applicants must indicate their intention to seek tuition assistance when submitting the registration contract.
Collection: In the event that NWS must engage counsel or collection services to collect on past due accounts, you agree to pay the expense of enforcement and collection of the tuition, any fees and related expenses, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs.
Responsible for Loss or Damage: You agree to be responsible, upon written request of NWS, for the replacement cost of any supplies, materials, or equipment which your enrolled child(ren) breaks or damages through intention or negligence. Further, you recognize that the school is not responsible for damages to, or theft of, personal property brought to or left on school grounds.
This agreement represents the entire agreement between NWS and you, as the Parent/Guardian representing your family in the enrolment and registration process, and may be amended only in a written document signed by both parties.
By signing this contract and enrolling the aforementioned student, the PARENT/GUARDIAN agrees to adhere to the terms of this financial contract, the policies and procedures as set forth by NWS in this contract, the “NWS Parent Handbook,” and other NWS Policies as may be modified from time to time.
