Prism Salon requires a $50 deposit with a credit card in order to reserve an appointment for all guests. This ensures a respected time frame for cancellations and missed appointments in Courtney's schedule, giving her time to offer a canceled appointment spot to another guest.

This deposit will go towards your appointment. If there is a need to reschedule your deposit will go towards the new apt if rescheduled prior to the 48 hour cancellation window. If you're apt is cancelled anytime within the 48-hour period to your appointment you will be charged for the 50% of the total booked appointment price. Continued cancellations will result in the removal from her schedule permanently.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late she may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and the cancellation policy will stand as a missed appointment.
