The Imagine Re-Evolution program is designed to help young people between the ages of 12 and 25 years who live in the north-east suburbs of our city and are experiencing financial hardship and disadvantage. The program also welcomes individuals with disengagement issues due to mental health challenges or other contributing economic, education or psychosocial factors.

To be eligible for participation in the program, applicants must meet one or more of the following criteria (Note: The Imagine Re-Evolution program is currently available in the north-east suburbs, but the organisation is looking to expand its services to other areas in the near future.):
Health Care Card Holder: Applicants must have a current Health Care Card that indicates their eligibility for certain government-funded health services.A Gold/White - Named on Parent's Card: Applicants who are named on their parent's Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Gold or White Card are also eligible for the program.Referred from Agency: Applicants can be referred to the program through an accredited agency that has done vetting and has identified their need for the program's services.Disadvantaged (Financial Hardship): Applicants who are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to afford essential goods and services are eligible to apply.Disengaged (Mental Health, ASD): Applicants who are disengaged from their community due to mental health challenges or ASD can apply for the program.
