    The Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement (HCSM) tracks the customer experience of government offices. Your feedback on your recently concluded transaction will help this office provide better service.     As part of Government's initiative to deepen citizen's participation in government processes, particularly in the delivery of products and/or services of the TOURISM PROMOTIONS BOARD (TPB).
