Club Facilities Application Form
This form is for new applications for club storage and stances.

It is also to be used annually to apply for a mooring.

When you submit the form, it will go to the club secretary who will pass it to the relevant club officer who will contact you about your application.

Once the officer is able to approve the rental, you will be asked to make payment.
